    Admission

For your admission, you should bring absolutely a valid ID (national identity card, driving license, family book), vital card or photocopy of your last social security card, your mutual (management). Do not forget to bring your radios, laboratory tests, blood group card, current treatments.

For your hospitalization, you have to bring your personal effects (pyjamas…) and toilet bag.

At your arrival, at the hour fixed by your medical practitioner, present you at the admissions office. We ask you money and jewels to safe deposit; in the contrary case, the private clinic is not responsible for robberies or losses.

   Leaving

Your leaving have to be regularized at the admissions office by yourself or anybody else. If you are 100 % reimbursed, you will only pay personnal fees: phone, television, room with one bed, mineral water, daily fspecific amount. If necessary, contact your private insurance which can  take care of all or part of these fees.

Orders transport are assimilated to medical prescriptions; only practitioner can deliver them to you.
